## Narrative

Injured employee was spraying off the continuous miner when he stepped backwards and tripped over the rub rail on the miner.  When he fell he struck his lower right back against the handle of the rub rail.  The ER physician diagnosed him with a bruised kidney and bruised ribs and was excused from work.
