## Narrative

Discovered roof fall in an inactive workings in return. Fall measured appr. 80' long, 16-18' wide and appr. 4'-6' high. A MSHA inspector was with me upon discovery of the fall and participated in the investigation. The roof and initial area around the fall appeared to be in fair condition. The fall did not impede passage nor imapair ventilation in anyway.
