## Narrative

Discovered roof fall in an inactive workings in return. Fall measured app 60'long to 18'wide and 4' to 6'high. A MSHA inspector was with me upon discovery of the fall and participated in the investigation. The roof and initial area ground the fall appeared to be in fair condition. The fall did not impede passage not impair ventilation in anyway.
