Narrative

Tail section of P2 conveyor. Falling impact idler being removed from P2 conveyor. While changing out the idler, accident victim and co-worker decided to let it drop after sliding it off the conveyor decking. They decided to drop it because it was awkward to handle and heavy. They thought it easier to let it drop.
