## Narrative

EE was watering down the recent concrete pour and was to cover the concrete with plastic and concrete blankets. In doing so, he slipped on the plastic and felt a pop in his back. He never fell or was carrying any objects. The incident was reported immediately. He was treated w/ice and ibuprofen, did not want to see a physician and he stated so in the incident report.
