Narrative

EE was in the process of disconnecting a 1-1/2 inch hose from a filter press. The hose fitting fell and caught EE's left hand between the hose fitting and the press structure. Result was a small fracture at the tip of the EE's left middle finger. Finger was splinted and EE returned to work with limitations.
