An unplanned roof fall was encountered outby the dumping point of the number 3 section out by survey station number 4317 in the intake split of air used to ventilate the setion. MSHA was notified at 08:20 am on 09/20/2010. An AR of MSHA came to investigate on 09/23/2010.
