EE was walking from the dinner hole to his work location, there was a slight grade in the walking surface. He took a step and heard a pop in his R knee. Multisequence images show no sign of internal derangement, probable prior sugery as reported by patient's clinical history, degenertive changes in medical meniscus and no marrow edema or displaced tear support OI.
