Narrative

Operator was climbing down from the cab of his truck when the door swung closed on his finger resulting in sutures. Investigation revealed that the hand hold was too close to the door & that the door swings freely. The hand hold has been moved on all similar trucks & the door hinge has been modified to create some resistance so the door cannot slam shut.
