Narrative

The ee was carrying a blower unit for the auxiliary fan toward the working face the mining crew was preparing to pull miner cable. A water hose connection caught one of the cable hangers causing the hanger to pull loose. The miner cable fell and struck the employees hard hat. The MRI & CT scans were negative, ee was kept overnight for observation & released.
