## Narrative

Employee was starting to drill with steel in the mine roof when an undetectable piece of draw rock fell measuring 12X8 thick fell vertically with the end striking his right foot behind steel toe. The area employee was bolting in was 6 high. Injury resulted in fracture to the 4th metatarsal on his right foot.
