## Narrative

Employee went to check fuses on tractor when he hit his left elbow on the tractor step, causing a contusion to his left elbow.  He went to medic on site.  On 10/4/2010, his elbow was still painful, doctor issued restrictions. no days were missed, but restrictions were issued.
