## Narrative

While removing compressor rope, using a sheave pulley that was with original compressor setup, EE was stationed outside the pinch points and was the signal person for the operator on the Mini Excavator.  The injured employee is not sure how exactly he ended up with hand into the pulley. His left hand, index, middle and ring fingers were injured.
