## Narrative

The employee was bent over hanging a check curtain. A battery powered scoop operator turned his machine in the same cross cut striking the employee with the bucket of the scoop. The employee finished the shift and reported to the doctor that night. He was placed on restricted duty due to swelling around his right hip.
