Narrative

Miner entered Feed Shelf. He began picking up, removing material by hand and throwing it into the kiln. While moving back and forth removing chunks of material as he went, he lost his balance and stepped backwards into a pile of dust. He sank approximately three feet into the dust causing 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree burns to his right and left ankles and calves.
