## Narrative

The injured was a passenger on a Damascus MAC-XP ride that struck the #9 shelter hole in the South Slope. He was transported to Good Samaritans Hospital and later transferred to Deaconess in Evansville. He was treated for a laceration to his upper lip and and an avulsion to his left leg and released.
