Narrative

Miner was climbing the ladder to his truck and turned to look at another miner. As he turned, he felt a ""pinch"" in his back. The injury was first reported by the miner as a NON-WORK RELATED INJURY. On 10/12/10, the miner claimed the injury as work related to the Safety Director.
