## Narrative

Employee was working in the instrument shop in Digestion dept and was exposed to chlorine gas from a spill associated with the filling of the hydrochloric acid tank. The truck driver filling the tank overpressured the tank which caused the pressure relief on the storage tank to relieve. Patient was taken to hospital for evaluation and returned to work the same day.
