## Narrative

The foreman was in the process of removing a belt pin from an old splice with a pair of hammers. EE was assisting the foreman when a piece of metal struck him in the right eye. EE was transported to the Logan Regional Medical Center by ambulance where he was released and referred to St. Francis hospital for surgery.
