During a weekly examination an examiner found an unplanned roof fall in our M3 Mains. The roof fall was found in #1 entry, x-cut 11-12. It was 40' long, 18' wide, and 15' high. This roof fall did not cause personal injury to miners, affect ventilation, or impeed passage of miners.
