## Narrative

Employee claims that while installing bolts in #1 entry a rock fell and struck him on the head, neck and shoulder. The employee worked until 2-13-10 when he went off work. The employee has had numerous back surgeries before this incident. The comp. board hearing concluded his incident would have contributed to his back problem. Discovered during Part 50 audit.
