Narrative

Employee was advancing panline when a piece of rock fell from two supports and struck top of right hand. Employee was examined/x-rays and was told it was only bruised and released to return to work. On 10/23/2010 the employee was re-examined/x-rays and was told he had a fractured bone in his right hand. Hand was splinted and he was released to return to work.
