Narrative

Man wth hist of chronic rt ankle prob rolled Rt ankle & treated 4 grade 1 sprain able to place all weight on ankle & walk unaided. Missed lge amount of work 09 due to severe sprain at home. Stated was having pain in ankle weeks prior to this injury. Already had an appt with his Dr for evaluation of chronic pain. Also wears a brace on rt ankle & has done so since off the job injury
