Narrative

He was stepping up into the panel board room with a bucket of water & felt pain in his right knee. He is diagnosed with a medial meniscus tear of the right knee. He was off work in May 2009 for the same knee. The Dr reports indicate that this is a recurrent tear. Information is included. Please consider this incident an Occupational Illness due to repeated trauma.
