Narrative

Drilling and bolting with jackleg drill, miner had installed approximately 8 bolts when he started to drill the next hole. As he was drilling a rock loosened from drilling, falling and striking ""L"" thumb. Employee was wearing gloves and long sleeve shirt at time of accident.
