Narrative

The employee was outside of a Terex Haul Truck when he reached back in the cab and activated the Engine Compartment Suppresion system for the truck. The employee then inhaled the dry chemical extinguishing agent that was released. Employee complained of shortness of breath and was taken for medical attention. Employee was released to return to work on 10/29/10.
