Employee was repairing screen, as he lifted the balance wheel sheave with a 1 1/2 ton coffin hoist the nut on 1/2"" eyebolt backed off, this allowed the balance wheel sheave to fall hitting employee on both legs below the knee, landing on the deck, and falling over onto right ankle. Contusion to both legs and right ankle.
