Citation No. 8497783 has been issued on November 1, 2010 for failing to complete a 7000-1 form for two alleged roof falls in the 1st North East Main in the No. 9 entry at spad No. 83+20 and 84+80. River View is submitting this 7000-1 under protest to abate the citation and we do not believe the alleged roof falls were reportable.
