## Narrative

The employee stepped down off a 4 foot ledge onto loose rock. The rock scooted out from under his foot causing him to twist his knee. The injury occurred in June. He has had steroid injections and physical therapy with continued swelling. He has not missed any work. An MRI revealed a medial meniscus tear which he had repaired on 10/28/2010, which was his first day missed.
