EE was reaching into his toolbag to retrieve a yellow tag for fire extinguisher; when he reached into the side pocket of the bag he jabbed his finger into a new utility knife blade, cutting the tip of his finger. The utility knife blades were new and were being stored in the opened original package, however, they had fallen out and were free in the side pocket.
