Narrative

The 7MN recovery crew led by a Twentymile employee was heading in by on 3mn entry at the bottom of fault (starting to climb). As the mantrip started to climb the fault, the operator immediately noticed a scoop pulling a trailer which was hidden by the grade/top. Operator attempted to brake but was not able to stop. The mantrip crashed into the trailer being pulled by the scoop.
