## Narrative

While parking Grader near end of shift, employee noticed the small door on the right rear at radiator was opened. Holding to hand rail, employee walked to door and while bending over to shut door, his feet slipped and all of his weight was on his left arm and shoulder. He went home and next morning went to Dr. He was taken off work.
