## Narrative

The employee reached for a pry bar to help align the cylinder with the flange hole for placement of a pin. He took his eyes off his left hand which was on the side of the cylinder. His hand moved so his little finger was now resting on top of the cylinder. It is believed that the cylinder was bound up and it dislodged moving up approx. 1/4"" pinching the employee's finger.
