## Narrative

EE was making a hole in a block stopping upper right corner with a tiack hammer, when attempting to strike the wall the hammer hit the metal strap and dislodged a piece of rock 12' dia, ee was struck on the right shoulder. EE complained next day loss of grip and some numbness to the right side of neck.
