Narrative

Employee was pulling the truss gun off the whip while standing on top of the bolter on 8 foot bolts. The bolts rolled, causing employee to fall. He reached out to try to break his fall and heard his shoulder pop. Employee became a lost time injury on Nov 11, due to surgery.
