Narrative

Employee burned hand with an open torch flame while cutting/grating metal pieces inside the finish mill. He explains that while cutting metal pieces the hose got caught on something and as he pulled to free it, the flame went under glove and burned the top part of his hand. Restrictions as follows: keep wound clean and dry with tolerated use of (L)hand.
