## Narrative

Employee was removing engine block heater from John Deere 624-J loader while standing over the engine compartment. Employee started to slip and while preventing self from falling on the ground she strained her right arm, shoulder, and neck. Employee was seen in the emergency room where it was determined there were no broken bones only a strain.
