Narrative

Worker (Blaster)was preparing bottom rows of blast holes in a face for loading of explosives. The face and work area had been previously scaled and work area inspected prior to the work. A rock fell from the face and struck the worker in his right forearm, causing a laceration. The fallen rock had scaling marks.
