## Narrative

IGNITION: The Longwall Shearer was cutting bottom with the Headgate drum when an ignition occurred. It occurred at approximately No. 115 Shield on the H/G Drum. The fire was around the drum and the flame was put out with the drum sprays. No other fire extinguishers or water was used. The fire lasted only a few seconds and went out on it's own.
