Narrative

While carrying a ""Finhoe"" to be placed into his tractor, employee stated it slipped out of his left hand and landed on top of his right hand. Distance tool fell was approx. 3 ft. Tool weight approx. 4 lbs. Result of impact was a hairline fracture to the 5th metacarpal.
