Narrative

There was a personal altercation/fight between 2 ee. Based on eye witness testimony 1 ee perpetrated the altercation with the other ee whereby he jumped from his truck attempting to jump on the other truck of the ee but fell to the ground. Incident is in violation of CO policy, which resulted in immediate suspension with termination of ee on 11/4/10.
