Employee stated on 11-22-2010 he threw a crib block (6""x6""x30"") and felt a pain in his left shoulder. He did not report the incident. On 11-24 he stated a doctor told him he had a torn left shoulder rotator cuff. On 12-3 he reported the alleded injury to managment and filled out an accident report. He was off with pneumonia on 11-23 & 11-24 and for the holidays unitl 11-28.
