## Narrative

The employee was constructing a brattice between the #2 and #3 entries.  While working in a restricted area between the brattice and the rib a section of the rib measuring 63 inches long, 21 inches wide and 4 inches to 11 inches thick fell striking him on his lower back and left leg.
