Narrative

Employee twisted his knee when he fell over loose coal making a face examination with a dimmed mine light. Employee stated that he had knee problems in the past. Employee had arthroscopy on his knee and the medical report received on 12/02/2010 diagnosised that the employee had grade IV chondromalacia.
