Narrative

Injured employee was pulling on a hydraulic hose that went thru the frame of a continuous miner. As he was pulling on the hose his feet slipped out from under him and he felt a burning sensation in his groin area. He continued to work until 12/04/2010, and then had surgery to repair a inguinal hernia on 12/06/2010.
