EE returned to work from a non-work medical condition. EE & his doctor listed the condition for which he was off work as non-occupation. USS received a verbal message from the ee treating doctor that the ee had a lung biopsy indicating pneumoconiosis. USS has neither written information supporting the claim nor any diagnosis it was caused by work at a mine.
