## Narrative

Employee reports he was performing preshift inspection during first 15 min. of shift. Then when dismounting motor grader grabbed handrail with right hand. Lost footing placing all of his weight on right shoulder feeling a popping sensation resulting in shoulder sprain. Employee refused to be sent for treatment at time of injury. Was sent for medical treatment on 12/13/10.
