## Narrative

Injured was installing roof bolts when his drill steel became lodged and bent as he freed the steel and lowered it from the roof he reached in to grab the still and inadvertently bumped the bolters control lever rotating the steel sticking him on the inside of the right arm and hand causing a fracture to his thumb.
