## Narrative

While installing a supplemental pressure pump for pumping of the NW Seals, the employee stated that he was using #430 and #460 channel locks to break apart a section of miner waterline.  He stated that he felt something pop in his right shoulder. He continued to work until he had surgery on 12/17/2010 to repair a torn rotator cuff.
