## Narrative

EE was drilling a left hole with pauline bolter, when drill steel got hung up, EE grabbed steels with left hand and checked bolter suction with right hand. The steel that was hung up in the hole fell, striking the steels he was holding, causing the drill steel to strike his right hand. Resulted in a fracture to the right ring finger.
